Shipping Policy – Diggers Cattle Company

We deliver premium grass-fed beef direct from our paddock to your plate. To ensure quality and freshness, we offer set delivery zones and schedules for each product type.

🚚 Delivery Zones

1. Paddock Packs

• Delivery Area: Ballina to Gold Coast
• Delivery Schedule: Final week of each month
• Orders must be placed before the 20th of each month to secure delivery.

2. Quarter Beast Packs (1/4 Packs)

• Delivery Area: Yamba to Brisbane
• Delivery Schedule: Final week of each month
• Due to limited availability, we recommend placing your order early.

❄️ Cold Chain Guarantee

All meat is vacuum sealed and delivered in our coldroom to maintain peak freshness throughout transit. You don’t need to be home — we’ll leave your delivery in a safe, shady spot unless otherwise instructed.

At this stage, we only deliver to the above-listed areas. If you're outside our delivery zones, feel free to get in touch — we’re working to expand our reach.

📅 Delivery Reminders

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a reminder when your delivery is scheduled. We’ll also notify you on delivery day with an ETA.
